Mutation:
Percy's mutation is pheromone manipulation, reading and control. He has a sixth sense roughly equivalent to highly enhanced nasal acuity which permits him to read the biochemical signals and signatures of people in his immediate vicinity. This allows him to gauge emotional state as well as minutiae of physiological detail.

His mutation's principle manifestation, however, is glandular. His body generates very strong biochemical signals, or pheromones, which tend to strongly influence those in his immediate vicinity. These pheromones are airborne messages and his range is limited to immediate airflow. The effects can be countered by dissipation or limited by extremes of moisture in the air.
